Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At New Port Leather Exports (Minori Leather India), we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

  1. Return Window You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after 7 days cannot be accepted.

  2. Conditions for Return The product must be unused, unworn and undamaged, with all original tags, dust bags, boxes and invoice included. Products showing signs of use, odour, stains or alteration will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

  3. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized, personalized or monogrammed products
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards
  1. Exchange (Size, Colour or Variant) We offer one free exchange per order for size or variant issues, subject to stock availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

  2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement, or issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

  3. How to Initiate a Return Email support@minorileather.in or call +91 8777201071 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup within 2-3 business days, wherever serviceable. If pickup is not available at your pincode, you will be asked to self-ship the item and shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective/wrong items only.

  4. Quality Check Once we receive the returned product, it goes through a quality check within 2-3 business days. Refund or exchange is processed only after the product passes this check.

  5. Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI; you will be asked to share your bank/UPI details. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.

  6. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and standard return terms apply after delivery.
