These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.minorileather.in ("Website"), operated by New Port Leather Exports ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

  2. Products and Pricing
    All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately; however, actual colour and texture (natural to genuine leather) may vary slightly from images due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of leather products.

  1. Orders and Payment
    By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline. We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization (or COD confirmation call, where applicable). We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-availability of stock, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  2. Shipping and Delivery
    Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier partner.
  3. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
    Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy, available at [link to refund policy page], which forms part of these Terms.
  4. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Website, including logos, product designs, images, text and graphics, is the property of New Port Leather Exports and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

  2. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Port Leather Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
