Shipping Policy

At New Port Leather Exports (Minori Leather India), we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details on processing, delivery timelines and charges.

  1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Customized or made-to-order products may take an additional 2-4 business days to process before dispatch; the estimated timeline will be shown on the product page at checkout.

  2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

  3. Delivery Timelines Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2-4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4-7 business days
  • Remote or restricted pincodes: 7-10 business days, subject to courier serviceability

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed due to courier constraints, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Charges We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[amount]. Orders below this value, and all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹[amount], shown at checkout before payment.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on orders up to ₹[amount] in serviceable pincodes. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹[amount] may apply, shown at checkout.

  3. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order status by logging into your account or contacting us with your order number.

  4. Packaging Every order is quality-checked and securely packaged to protect the leather during transit. Please inspect your package on delivery and record an unboxing video if possible — this helps us resolve any transit damage or missing-item claims quickly.

  5. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Shipments If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or shows no tracking movement for 4+ days, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier partner. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your preference.

  6. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO) If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at the doorstep, the order may be returned to us (RTO). We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as applicable, after deducting original shipping costs on COD orders.

  7. Address Changes Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
